Queen Margaret University, Queen Margaret Drive – Volunteering & Opportunities Day

The Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team were out and about today at Queen Margaret University, Queen Margaret Drive, for their Student Services, Volunteering & Opportunities Day, joining colleagues from British Transport Police Scotland, Volunteer Scotland, and many other organisations.

Garnock Valley Carves – Beith, North Ayrshire

On Saturday 7th September we teamed up with members of Beith Orr Park Neighbourhood Watch at the Garnock Valley Carves at Beith, North Ayrshire, which showcased spectacular chainsaw wood carvings, drawing great numbers to the event.

Wheatley Homes Glasgow

Neighbourhood Watch Scotland visited staff from Wheatley Homes Glasgow on Monday 2nd September to talk about the benefits of bringing communities together and neighbourliness.

Stronger, more resilient communities start with relationship building and part of this includes information sharing.

Garnock Valley Carves event, Beith, North Ayrshire – Saturday 7th September 2024

Community Safety Event – The Gyle Shopping Centre, Edinburgh

Earlier today the Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team joined colleagues from Police Scotland Edinburgh Prevention, Intervention Partnerships Department at the Gyle Shopping Centre, Edinburgh for a Community Safety Event.

Defender Blair Castle International Horse Trials, Blair Atholl

The Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team were back at the Defender Blair Castle International Horse Trials, Blair Atholl on Saturday 24th August along with colleagues from Police Scotland’s Rural, Acquisitive & Business Preventions Team, the British Horse Society Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, ScotEquine and Equine Grass Sickness Fund providing helpful information and advice.

Womens Integration Network – Glasgow

The team visited Glasgow Womens Integration Network at St Matthews Centre on Thursday 22nd August. It was great to meet @OliviaNdoti and the team as well as women from all over the globe, who attend the group on a weekly basis.
