Scottish Fire and Rescue Services
We're committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people of Scotland.
We respond to many different emergency incidents to help keep our communities safe. These include:

• water rescue
• hazardous materials
• flooding
• assisting our partner agencies
We work with key partners to deliver fire safety messages and create safer communities.
It is our mission to work together for a safer Scotland. In doing so, we can help reduce the instance of fire and play a key role in the safety and wellbeing of the people of Scotland.

British Transport Police
Our mission is to help the millions of people who use the railways of England, Wales and Scotland get home safely and on time.
We police Britain’s railways, providing a service to rail operators, their staff and passengers across the country. We also police the London Underground, Docklands Light Railway, the Midland Metro tram system, Croydon Tramlink, Tyne and Wear Metro, Glasgow Subway and IFS cloud cable car.

Cyber and Fraud Hub
The Cyber and Fraud Hub is a charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by online scams and fraud.
Working closely with the banking industry, police, and technology partners, the Hub not only provides direct support to victims but also develops educational and preventative resources to help others avoid falling victim to cybercrime.

Trading Standards Scotland
Trading Standards Scotland is a team delivered by COSLA and funded by UK government to add capacity to local authority trading standards services in Scotland. Their vision is to create an environment where consumers can safely make choices and their mission is to change the behaviours of businesses and individuals who damage consumer and business interests.
Their outcomes are to empower consumers, tackle detriment and prevent harm, and support the economy.

Crimestoppers
Crimestoppers are an independent charity that gives people the power to speak up and stop crime, 100% anonymously.
By phone and online, 24/7, 365 days a year. They also share advice on how to protect the people you care about from crime. They are working towards a country where everyone will feel safe, wherever they are.

Scottish Community Safety Network
SCSN is primarily a membership organisation that brings together representatives from across the community safety sector to achieve a shared vision of safer, healthier and happier communities. We are the strategic voice for community safety in Scotland.

SPARC
SPARC is a multi-agency partnership involving key organisations collectively working together to prevent, reduce and tackle rural crime, particularly from the ever increasing threat posed by SOCG’s throughout Scotland.
Providing strategic focus and an ethos of collective understanding, we are committed to listening, being visible plus understanding local and national concerns in order to reduce any perceived fear of crime whilst promoting a culture where individuals can prosper.

The Scottish Government is the devolved government for Scotland and has a range of responsibilities that include: the economy, education, health, justice, rural affairs, housing, environment, equal opportunities, consumer advocacy and advice, transport and taxation.

Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA)
At SEPA, Scotland’s Environment Protection Agency, we’re on the front line of global action to tackle our climate and nature emergencies.
As Scotland’s principal environmental regulator, we innovate, collaborate and drive collective action to help build a stronger, fairer and more sustainable nation.

Water Safety Scotland
Water Safety Scotland is a voluntary association of organisations and individuals whose main purpose is to understand the risks around water in Scotland and engage with partners to develop a consistent approach to the prevention of water related fatalities.
The Steering Group of Water Safety Scotland is represented by Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS), Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), Police Scotland and Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park Authority.

Retailers Against Crime
We are a national, not for profit crime partnership. We help detect and prevent crime, including acts of violence by sharing information on local and travelling offenders to our members in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Northwest of England.
Our specialised staff analyse offenders, identify their methods, their associates and locations targeted. We are at the forefront in identifying and providing intelligence on organised crime groups, many of whom are involved in other criminal activities including drugs, firearms, trafficking and terrorism.

Community Alcohol Partnerships (CAP)
Community Alcohol Partnerships (CAP) is a not for profit, Community Interest Company that that supports local partnerships to reduce alcohol related harm among young people aged 13-17, improve their health & wellbeing and reduce the impact of anti-social behaviour on local communities.
CAP believes firmly that an alcohol-free childhood is the safest and healthiest option for all our young people and looks to support local partnerships to work together to produce an action plan that address issues such as alcohol education, positive activities for young people, responsible retailing, enforcement, and community engagement. Local partners own these action plans and will identify and agree the content as they see fit. There are over 300 CAPs across the UK with 35 schemes in Scotland.

Ark Housing Association
Ark has been supporting people to develop skills, create homes, have a community presence and a good quality life for over 40 years. We currently provide services in 12 of Scotland’s local authority areas and nationally provide support to over 400 people with a wide range of needs.
This can mean providing support from a few hours per week to an intensive 24 hour service.
We offer a variety of services; from outreach services in people's own homes and community to 24-hour support provided in purpose-built accommodation.

Scottish Canals
Scottish Canals is responsible to the Scottish Government for the management and development of five Scottish canals - 141 miles of inland waterways - as well as the surrounding estates, The Falkirk Wheel, The Kelpies River navigation rights and 14 feeders.
Scottish Canals cares for environmental conservation, biodiversity, sustainable practices, community well-being, historic heritage, active travel, wildlife habitat, water quality, and cultural initiatives across a broad range of canals and spaces.

Scottish Flood Forum
Our aim is to reduce the impacts of flooding on individuals and communities, through providing immediate support and by establishing a network of community resilience groups in flood risk areas to equip communities to cope with the impacts and threat of flooding.
We provide advice and information to individuals to help protect their home from flooding or, if the worst has happened, to recover from flooding. We do this via our publications and website, via our enquiry line or where necessary, face to face.

HM Coastguard UK
As the UK’s national maritime emergency service, we're available to help those in distress around our coastline or at sea 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
There are over 300 coastguard rescue teams around the UK coast made up of around 3,500 volunteers. In their roles as coastguard rescue officers, our local volunteers respond to many types of incidents, including cliff and mud rescues.
In addition to our search and rescue role, we also respond to pollution events, monitor vessel movement in UK waters and even collect wreck, royal fish and other salvage on behalf of His Majesty The King.

RNLI
The Charity that saves lives at sea.
We are a charity founded upon and driven by our values of selflessness, courage, dependability and trustworthiness, with volunteers at our heart. Values shared by generations of supporters like you who have powered our lifesaving work through your kindness and generosity for 200 years.
Many RNLI people are volunteers - ordinary people doing extraordinary things - supported by expert staff, all working together to help communities at home and abroad save lives.

Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (ROSPA)
Our vision is to create a life free from accidental injury, and with the support of our members, this is at the core of everything we do.
We lobby Government on issues that matter, pioneer the world’s largest health and safety awards and provide a suite of RoSPA qualifications and training that help learners and employers keep their colleagues safe from accidents and ill-health.
