Safer Neighbourhoods Stronger Communities

Getting involved in Neighbourhood Watch Scotland

You already play an important role as part of a Neighbourhood Watch in Scotland. However, if you are interested in contributing to the continuous development of Neighbourhood Watch Scotland as an organisation, there are a few roles open to you.

Roles in Neighbourhood Watch Scotland

The Board: The board is currently made up of 10 Trustees. Trustees can come from within Neighbourhood Watch, or from outside the organisation, if they have particular skills which would be beneficial to the development of Neighbourhood Watch.

Members: Individuals who belong to Neighbourhood Watch groups and are interested in the development of Neighbourhood Watch in Scotland can apply to become a member of the organisation. Members have the right to vote at the AGM. Members are eligible to become Trustees of the charity.

Associate Members: All registered watches are Associate Members of Neighbourhood Watch Scotland. Watches will still receive invitations to attend the AGM, but will not automatically be allocated the right to vote. To register your Watch click on the green ‘Join’ button below, and follow the process.

If you would like to speak to someone about any of these roles, or how you can get involved, please get in touch with us or download more information below.
