Neighbourhood Watch Scotland joined Police Scotland on Wednesday, 21 September 2023 in the Scottish Borders to launch the Rural Crime week.
The Scottish Partnership Against Rural Crime (SPARC) is a multi-agency partnership involving key organisations, such as Neighbourhood Watch Scotland who collectively work together to prevent, tackle and reduce rural crime, throughout Scotland.
