Staff from Neighbourhood Watch Scotland teamed up with Midlothian Community Police officers and Special Constable to carry out a Festive Crime Prevention and Safety Advice event today at Dobbies Garden Centre, Lasswade on Wednesday 13th December.
Director Lesley and Data administrator Jen spoke to shoppers to promote Neighbourhood Watch Scotland, highlighting the benefits of getting involved, whilst Police colleagues provided helpful information and advice on a variety of topics, including crime prevention and personal safety.
A big thank you to the manager at Dobbies Garden Centre, Lasswade for hosting the event and to our fantastic Police Scotland colleagues. Particular thanks go to the local Special Constable who volunteered his time, and to everyone who stopped to speak to us. You made it a great day!
