Neighbourhood Watch Scotland are delighted to be joining the Perth Minorities Association and local businesses at their International Cafe on Monday 11th November from 6pm until 8.30pm at the Civic Hall, 2 High Street, Perth, as part of the 16 days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
