Neighbourhood Watch Scotland are delighted to welcome our latest local watches in Broughty Ferry, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Alexandria and Dalkeith. We now support 747 local watches across Scotland. Joining or setting up a watch couldn’t be easier and is one of THE best ways to contribute to making your community the best it can be. It’s easy, free and you do what you can, when you can, EVERYONE has something to offer.
When we ask people “why are setting up a watch”? the answers often include –
“I love the area and just want to do what I can to ensure it stays that way”
“We already have a WhatsApp group and thought setting up a Neighbourhood Watch would be a natural progression”
“There has been some anti social behaviour and we thought setting up a watch might be a good way of communicating with each other and our local community Police officers”
“I have recently moved areas and was previously part of a watch, I liked being part of a watch so thought I’d set one up here”
