Some of the Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team were in Dollar today, speaking with residents about the benefits of setting up watches in their village. There was particular interest in signing up to the free Neighbourhood Alert system, where members of the public receive messages from trusted providers regarding events and incidents in their area.
We met some wonderful people with great stories to tell and a big thank you to Helen from Dollar Community Development Trust for hosting us within The Hive. What a fantastic building for community gatherings.
