The Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team had another fantastic day at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, meeting staff, visitors, and members of the public. Throughout the day, we were privileged to hear a number of personal stories some uplifting, some deeply moving and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who took the time to stop and share their experiences with us. Being able to listen and connect in this way is a real privilege.

There was also strong interest in our free Neighbourhood Alert system, with several people keen to sign up to receive trusted local information. We were particularly encouraged to speak with someone who is now interested in resurrecting a Neighbourhood Watch that was set up many years ago but had since fallen away a great example of community spirit in action.

Once again, a huge thank you to the wonderful staff at Ninewells Hospital for making us feel so welcome we really enjoyed being there.
