Thank you so much to everyone who came along to speak to us. We met lots of BT customers who were keen to find out more about what the Digital Voice changeover will mean for them.
Thank you also to the staff at Milngavie Community Centre and Library & Education Centre for being excellent hosts and providing a warm and welcoming space.
Important reminder: BT, EE and Plusnet customers will be moved to Digital Voice by January 2027. The old analogue phone network is being switched off and replaced with digital landlines that work using broadband.
Please follow any guidance from your provider and take action when contacted to help avoid disruption to your service.
If you are with another provider, please contact them directly to discuss their plans for the switchover and the options available to you.
