It was interesting to speak to members of the community, and hear about the issues affecting them as well as activities being carried out by the housing association, for example the goConnect project which provides social activities, clubs, and classes to support tenants and encourage their participation in community cohesion and to hear about the nominated Good Neighbour Award given in recognition to someone whose kindness has made another person’s life a bit easier.

On Sunday 9th of June, the team are heading to Whitelee Windfarm Visitor Centre Community Day, at Whitelee Windfarm, Moor Road, Eaglesham, G76 0QQ between 11am and 4pm. If you are attending, please come along and meet the team, it would be great to see you.
