Safer Neighbourhoods Stronger Communities

Defender Blair Castle International Horse Trials, Blair Atholl

The Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team were back at the Defender Blair Castle International Horse Trials, Blair Atholl on Saturday 24th August along with colleagues from Police Scotland’s Rural, Acquisitive & Business Preventions Team, the British Horse Society Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, ScotEquine and Equine Grass Sickness Fund providing helpful information and advice.

Despite the mixed weather it didn’t stop the large numbers of adults, children and pets attending, or the smiles. It was great to speak to you and see so much interest in Neighbourhood Watch Scotland in particular Rural Watch and Neighbourhood Alert. We also got a chance to speak to the volunteers at RDA, Riding for Disabled Association and hear about some of the great work they do.
Thanks again to the British Horse Society Scotland for allowing us to attend and to everyone who stopped and spoke to us.
