Water Safety Scotland’s Water Safety Open Day, in support of World Drowning Prevention Day, is coming to Loch Lomond Shores, Ben Lomond Way, Balloch, G83 8QL again this year and the Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team are delighted to be amongst the many stallholders, who will on hand to discuss how they are working to keep communities safe.
If you are free, please come along and enjoy the various stalls and demonstrations. It’s sure to be a fantastic day with lots of water based activities, such as stand up paddle boarding and canoeing and some land based ones too, with an arts and poetry corner and face painting area.
There will also be a Newfoundland dog rescue demonstration which proved very popular last year.
We know the importance of keeping safe in and around the many bodies of water throughout Scotland and the Open Day highlights this in a fun and interactive way.
We look forward to seeing those who can come along and more information can be found in the flyer attached below.
Best wishes, the Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team.
