THEFT OF QUAD BIKES

There have been a number of thefts of quad bikes from farms across the Stirlingshire recently.

 

Incident Number : PS-20250424-0519

 

Police are appealing for information following the theft of a Suzuki King Quad with camouflage colouring from Kippen area stolen from a shed overnight between the 23rd of April and the 24th April. The quad had been in use for lambing. 

 

Incident Number : PS-2024

 

Overnight a brand-new Honda white and blue quad bike has been stolen overnight between the 23rd April and the 24th April from a farm in Buchlyvie. A white transit van had been seen the farm acting suspiciously in the days  before the theft. The victim believes that the quad bike was loaded on to a trailer and driven from his farm. Despite having dogs at the farm, the dogs did not bark or alert the victim.

 

PLEASE CONSIDER FITTING A TRACKER TO YOUR FARM MACHINERY- TWO QUAD BIKES WERE RECENTLY RECOVERED HOURS AFTER THEY WERE STOLEN WITH USE OF TRACKERS.
