The UK’s copper analogue telephone network will be switched off prior to the end of January 2027, and if you have not already done so, please contact your service provider to discuss your options.
We appreciate that living rurally can sometimes mean difficulties with connectivity and broadband speeds. Hopefully the session today has been helpful in answering questions and signposting residents to the BT teams who are able to provide support.
