Working Together for a Safer Scotland

Responding to emergencies, preventing harm, and protecting communities across Scotland.

In partnership with

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) is here to keep Scotland safe at home, outdoors, and at work.

From practical advice for households to essential guidance for businesses and landlords, SFRS helps reduce the risk of fire and everyday harm. For those most at risk, a free Home Fire Safety Visit is available, carried out by trained staff to identify hazards, reduce fire risks, and support safer living. Crews can also offer advice to help prevent other unintentional injuries, making homes and communities safer.

In partnership with Neighbourhood Watch Scotland (NWS), we’re working together to protect lives and build resilience across Scotland.
