Smashing day at The Royal Bank of Scotland Falkirk. Every customer is met at the door, many are on first name terms with staff who spend the time to ask how they are and what’s been happening with them. The positive effect this had was obvious to see. A community HUB as well as a bank, just brilliant!!
We had a constant stream of interest and some really good conversations, great to see some old colleagues again too from Police Scotland Forth Valley and Falkirk Council.
