The team had a great day at Dundee railway station today highlighting the #16DaysOfActivism campaign against gender- based violence.
Partners from British Transport Police, Police Scotland and Crimestoppers were on hand to speak with members of the public about keeping safe, both in person and online and several people were interested in signing up to the free Neighbourhood Alert system.
Information on how to report crime safely and anonymously through Crimestoppers can be found at – Crimestoppers in Scotland | Crimestoppers
Non-emergency incidents on the railway can be reported to British Transport Police by texting 61016. And you can find BTP’s website at – Scotland | British Transport Police
And Police Scotland’s website can be found here – www.scotland.police.uk
Many thanks to BTP for organising the event and to ScotRail for hosting.
And last but not least, a shout out and thank you to Matthew, whose piano playing filled the station with excellent music and Christmas cheer.
