It’s been a fantastic week out on the road raising awareness of BT’s Digital Voice programme. On Tuesday, the Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team were in East Kilbride chatting with local residents, and yesterday we were in Edinburgh helping people understand what the upcoming switchover means for them.

We’ve been sharing advice on the support available, how to stay safe during the transition, and how to spot and avoid scams linked to the changeover. A huge thank‑you to everyone who stopped for a conversation every chat helps build stronger, safer and better‑informed communities.

A big thanks as well to our partners at Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, East Kilbride Shopping Centre, St Giles Cathedral for giving us space to display and engage with the public.
