Neighbourhood Watch Scotland was recently out in north Edinburgh alongside the Edinburgh Police Scotland Youth Volunteers (PSYV) team, delivering crime prevention information and Neighbourhood Watch Scotland leaflets to households across the area.
Despite challenging weather conditions, it was fantastic to see so many young people volunteering their time to support their local community. Their commitment and enthusiasm were truly commendable.
Our sincere thanks go to the Edinburgh PSYV team, the adult volunteer, their fantastic coordinator, and the officers from Edinburgh North West Community Policing Team, who were out supporting residents and helping to keep people safe.
This was a great example of partnership working and teamwork, helping to ensure important safety information reaches local communities.
