Neighbourhood Watch Scotland was pleased to take part in the recent BHS Scotland Trailer Safety Day, working alongside BHS Scotland, the Scottish Partnership Against Rural Crime (SPARC), and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. The event was kindly hosted by Ayrshire Trailers Ltd and brought together a wide range of organisations and attendees from across Ayrshire and beyond.
The day provided a valuable opportunity for learning and discussion, with informative input from Nithcree Training, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Ayrshire Trailers, SPARC, and BHS Safety. Topics covered included trailer safety, vehicle checks, crime prevention, and practical advice for rural and equestrian communities.
The Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team was delighted to spend time speaking with attendees and were particularly encouraged by the strong interest shown in Neighbourhood Watch Scotland, our free Neighbourhood Alert system, and Rural Watch. There were many positive conversations about how these services help keep communities informed, connected, and safer 🤝.
