It was a lovely opportunity for us to chat with members of the public about Neighbourhood Watch and also the free Neighbourhood Alert system. Three people signed up to receive Alerts on the spot and many took flyers home to read more about it.
There were so many wonderful organisations there, all showcasing some of the fantastic work they are doing in the community.
We also took the opportunity to remind people about the Digital Voice changeover and we discussed how Telecare alarms also need to be checked to ensure they are compatible.
