Neighbourhood Watch Scotland were delighted to join the Perth Minorities Association and some local businesses at their International Café in Perth's Civic Hall last night, where an evening of engagement, dance and delicious food was enjoyed as part of the 16 days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
The event was a fantastic opportunity for people to come together, learn more about what is going on in the area and see some of the beautiful arts and crafts that are being made locally.
The Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team spoke to many people for whom English is not their first language, and explained that the free Neighbourhood Alert information system is translatable and therefore a great way of receiving information from trusted providers.
Thank you to Perth Minorities Association for the opportunity to meet so many lovely people.
