Neighbourhood Watch Scotland enjoyed a fantastic visit yesterday to Food Facts Friends in Penicuik, where we had the opportunity to meet with the team and members of the local community.
Food Facts Friends is a brilliant community pantry, helping to make good food accessible for all while bringing people together in a welcoming and supportive environment. The venue is a real community hub, offering a delicious weekly community meal, a space to connect and chat, and access to helpful information and support.
We were also delighted to learn more about their partnership with Andy’s Man Club, who host a weekly meet‑up at the venue, providing valuable support to the community.
Our sincere thanks go to the manager and the amazing volunteers for their warm welcome and all their assistance on the day. Your dedication and hard work truly make a difference.
