We had a brilliant time at Falkirk and Clackmannanshire Carers Centre, where we spoke with carers about BT Digital Voice and what the changes mean in practice. The session included particularly important information for anyone who relies on healthcare pendants or alarm systems, helping to ensure people are aware of the steps needed to stay connected and safe.
It was also lovely to share information about Neighbourhood Watch Scotland, how it supports safer, more connected communities, and the benefits of signing up for Neighbourhood Alert to receive trusted local updates, safety advice, and scam warnings.
Huge thanks to the wonderful Carers Training Coordinator for organising the session, and to such a fantastic group of carers so welcoming, engaged, and full of great questions. We really loved the conversations and the positive energy in the room!
