Neighbourhood Watch Scotland is proud to be a partner of the Scottish Partnership Against Rural Crime (SPARC) as they mark their 10th anniversary this June.
For a decade, SPARC has brought organisations together to tackle rural crime from machinery, fuel, livestock attacks and worrying, and livestock theft to fly-tipping, equine incidents and heritage crime. Thanks to this partnership approach, reported incidents continue to reduce year on year.
While progress is clear, rural crime still has a real impact, which is why continued partnership working and community awareness remains vital.
