Neighbourhood Watch Scotland joined colleagues from BT at the Carers Scotland Roadshow in Perth today, to chat with carers and members of the public about the Digital Voice changeover and what this might mean for them.
There were also lots of discussions around Telecare alarms and what to do to ensure your device is compatible come the changeover.
Important reminder: BT Group customers (including BT, EE, and Plusnet) will move to Digital Voice by January 2027. Follow the guidance you receive and act when contacted to avoid disruption. Phone providers across the UK are making this change, so check with your provider.
