Neighbourhood Watch Scotland had a fantastic day at the Shut Out Scammers event at Morrisons, Lindsayfield, East Kilbride, alongside Police Scotland Lanarkshire Preventions and South Lanarkshire Consumer & Trading Standards.
Throughout the event, we spoke with a wide range of people including those who made a special trip to see us sharing advice on scams and fraud and highlighting just how easy it is to:
- ✔️ Join or start a Neighbourhood Watch
- ✔️ Sign up to Neighbourhood Alert
Our team was also on hand to discuss BT Digital Voice, explaining what the switchover means, how it may affect you, and where to find support.
👏 A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to speak with us it was a pleasure to meet you.
👉 Together, we can help keep our communities safe and connected.
📢 Important Reminder
BT Group customers (including BT, EE, and Plusnet) will move to Digital Voice by January 2027. Please follow the guidance provided by your phone provider and take action when contacted to avoid disruption.
