Neighbourhood Watch Scotland had a fantastic day at the Shut Out Scammers event at Greenside Garden Centre, Motherwell, alongside Police Scotland Lanarkshire Preventions and North Lanarkshire Trading Standards.
Throughout the day, we spoke with many visitors, sharing advice on scams and fraud and highlighting just how easy it is to:

It was particularly encouraging to see people signing up on the daythank you to everyone who took the time to stop and speak with us.
We would also like to thank those who shared their personal experiences of scams. While these conversations can be difficult, they play an important role in raising awareness and helping to protect others.
