The Neighbourhood Watch Scotland team is delighted to be joining Barry, Coordinator of Springhall and Cathkin Neighbourhood Watch (event organiser), and Frank, Coordinator of Manor Way and Area Neighbourhood Watch, at their fantastic Community Safety Awareness Day in Rutherglen.
