Police Scotland is reminding caravan owners to review and improve their security following a recent series of thefts and attempted thefts across Moray and Aberdeenshire.

In light of these recent incidents, officers are urging owners to remain vigilant and take steps to protect their property. Caravans can be high-value targets, but robust security measures can significantly lower the risk of theft.

Police Scotland recommends the following safety precautions:

Report any suspicious activity around caravans or storage facilities immediately by dialling 999.

Anyone with information regarding recent caravan thefts is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101. Alternatively, information can be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
