K9 COUNTRYSIDE COMPLIANCE EVENT

On Friday 14th February 2025 the Loch Lomond and Trossachs Partnership Against Rural Crime (LLTNPPARC) will be holding a livestock worrying/attack day of action at Conic Hill car park, Balmaha, G63OJQ between 11am and 3pm.

Livestock worrying and attacks is an increasing problem in our rural areas across the country and has a huge financial and emotional impact on the livestock owners.

Members of the public are being asked to pop along to speak to local officers from Police Scotland about this subject and to get advice and guidance on keeping your dog safe around livestock and other animals. There will also be park rangers and National Farmers Union Scotland in attendance. All dogs that attend with their owners must be kept on a lead at the event.
