About 9 Alert 9 Introduction – Dunfermline Community Team

Hello everyone,

My name is Fraser Simpson, and I am part of the Dunfermline Community Policing Team.

I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself and the team, and to let you know about an important new way we will be keeping in touch with you. We will now be using Neighbourhood Alert as a key platform to share information with our local community. This will include updates on incidents, personal and home crime prevention advice, community news, and details of any ongoing concerns in your area.

Our aim is to keep you better informed, improve communication, and work more closely with you to help keep Dunfermline a safe place to live and work. We also want this to be a two-way channel, so please do engage with us where appropriate. Your community officers are;

PC Graeme Radcliffe and PC Katie Carruthers – North Dunfermline

PC Colin Lynch and Ailsa Morrison  – Central Dunfermline

PC Vincent Gieldon-Bruce – South Dunfermline

And are contactable for routine enquiries on fifecommunitypolicedunfermline@scotland.police.uk. In an emergency, or to report a crime, use 101 or 999.

We would encourage you to invite your friends, family, and neighbours to sign up to Neighbourhood Alert so they too can receive regular updates from their local policing team. The more people we can reach, the stronger and more connected our community will be.

Thank you for your continued support.

Kind regards,
Fraser Simpson
