A 23-year-old man has been charged in connection with allowing the sale of alcohol to a child.

It follows an investigation after an incident on the High Street in Kinross was reported to police on Saturday, 15 March, 2025 on the High Street in Kinross.

The man has been charged with offences under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.

This follows joint work done by Kinross Community Policing Team and Trading Standards in January 2025.
