Coffee, Great Conversations and Community in Fauldhouse

Earlier today, Neighbourhood Watch Scotland joined Police Scotland’s local Prevention, Intervention and Partnerships Team at The Hub in Fauldhouse to meet local residents, listen to their concerns and share helpful community safety information.

Police Scotland provided advice and reassurance on a range of issues raised by residents, while Neighbourhood Watch Scotland highlighted the benefits of Neighbourhood Watch and promoted the free Neighbourhood Alert service. The service helps communities stay informed through trusted messages and updates from organisations including Police Scotland, local authorities and other community safety partners.

It was a pleasure to meet such a friendly and welcoming group. The Hub is a fantastic community space that brings people together, providing opportunities to connect with others, access support, take part in activities and build lasting friendships. Some members of the group had been out with the local walking group before joining us for a well-deserved coffee and chat.

A special thank you goes to the local school students who provided refreshments as part of their barista training. The coffee was excellent, and the service was first class.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to stop by and speak with us. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting you and hearing more about your local community.
