Micro Learning Sessions
Aimed at Businesses the sessions are designed to be a user friendly platform for sharing information and learning. In response to feedback that there is a lack of money and people to physically attend training sessions, the Business Crime prevention team have come up with this solution.
Each month the team will interview a guest speaker on a subject “you” have highlighted to us as being of interest.
The sessions are free, on line, informal and interesting. They can be played as “background” enabling staff to keep working as they learn.
Our next session is not to be missed, Kevin Neary explains how he transformed his life of crime and addiction into working alongside the Police. He now helps prevent others avoid the misery that he endured, through supporting them towards a safe, law abiding, peaceful lifestyle.
Kevin accepts the harms he has caused through his previous lifestyle and explains brilliantly why supporting people to change is a smart thing to do.
