🚆 A Fantastic Day of Community Safety at Glasgow Central Station

We had an amazing day at Glasgow Central Station yesterday, bringing together partners from:

  • British Transport Police Scotland
  • Police Scotland Safer Communities Greater Glasgow
  • Crimestoppers Scotland
  • Trading Standards Scotland
  • Advice Direct Scotland
  • Cyber and Fraud Hub

Together, we engaged with commuters throughout the day, offering practical safety advice, answering questions, and sharing information on key community issues.

💬 Strong Engagement from the Public

We had a great number of people stopping to speak with us, and the feedback was incredibly positive. Many commuters told us how valuable it was to see so many organisations working together in one place.

There was also interest in the Digital Voice switchover, with several people keen to learn more about what the change means for them and their households.

🙏 Thank You to Our Partners

A huge thank you to Network Rail for hosting us, and to all our partner organisations for their support on the day.

A special thanks also goes to the Garnethill Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator and Watch member who came along to show their support you truly make such a difference in your community by connecting people and supporting those around you.
