Officers from Buckie Police Office are appealing for information in relation to a theft of copper in Towiemore, Keith.

A quantity of copper was taken from an industrial premises between 4:15pm and 4:50pm on Sunday the 1st of March 2026.

A White Ford Transit vehicle with a silver roof bar and a silver ladder on the rear was seen in the area at the time, which is of interest to our investigation.

Constable Allan of Buckie Police Office said “I am appealing to anyone who was in the area of Towiemore or travelling along the B9014 at the time of this incident and who seen something suspicious to get in touch with officers. I am also asking those that live in the area or would have been travelling by vehicle, to review their home CCTV and dash camera systems and please make contact.”
