
Police Scotland is appealing for information following a break in at a rural property in the Mintlaw area.
The theft occurred between 10pm on the 3rd of November and 6pm on the 4th of November 2025. A number of power tools were stolen from the property which is located on the A952 near West Pitscow to Lintmill.
An attempted theft at the same property occurred between 10.15pm on the 20th of November and 10am on the 21st of November 2025.
