Rising concerns regarding house breakings & copper theft. 

In March there has been an increase if break ins to housing development sites and copper piping and other goods have been stolen. This is to make other construction companies aware of the recent thefts. 

🚧🏗️👷‍♂️To housing developers & site managers. 

  • Secure all sites with proper fencing and lighting. 
  • Install CCTV and alarm systems weher possible. 
  • Store materials safely and limit visible exposure. 
  • Conduct regiular site checks, especially after hours. 
  • Secure all properties on the site under construction. 
  • 🏠To the public. 

  • Report any suspicious activity immediately
  • Keep an eye on vacant or neighbouring properties. 
  • Ensure your home is secure with locks, lighting and alarms. 
  • These crimes not only cause financial loss but also delay projects and disrupt communities. 

    Let’s work together to stay vigilant and protect or neighbourhoods.
